Yes it would probably work...but there is only one way to find out. CCP hasn't put the 'smuggling' into the game yet, so contraband is worthless instead of being valuable like they planned it. Kind'da how they changed missiles from follow to int...

"Question; why do you have standard missile on it? rocket launcher has higher DOT..." Rockets are nice I'll admit that, but they are for short range. It's always good to have at least one weapon that shoot farther (about 20 km away) than my auto...
